Chelsea are definitely on the hunt for a new striker this summer.

New boss Antonio Conte wants a star centre forward to either replace current hotshot Diego Costa, or come in to battle him for the No.9 role at Stamford Bridge.

The early rumour linked ex-Blue Romelu Lukaku with a return to the club where he failed to breakthrough but, with Everton wanting a huge sum for his service, Chelsea may have to look elsewhere.

And now reports are emerging they are considering a bid for Liverpool’s £32.5million flop Christian Benteke.
