A man got the biggest shock of his life when he noticed that a snake has curled up and kept warm inside on of his shoes.
Thankfully, he was vigilant enough to notice before sticking his foot in. In the video below, you can see the man using a stick to try and urge the serpent out of the shoe.
The snake was reluctant to leave its warm, cosy interior but after much prodding, it slithered out and away.
The scary video has been viewed nearly 160,000 times on Facebook and has gone viral.
He certainly is a lucky man. Who knows what would have happened if he noticed the snake only after he had worn the shoes.
Snakes are known to enjoy curling up in warm environment. In another video, a large python can be seen feeling very comfortable as it wrapped itself around a car engine.
