Mkhitaryan and Bailly have joined Zlatan Ibrahimovic as new recruits at Old Trafford following the appointment of Mourinho as manager.
The Special One has replaced Louis van Gaal in the hotseat at the Theatre of Dreams after the Dutchman was relieved of his duties following his failure to secure Champions League football.
Mkhitaryan has joined on a four-year deal from Borussia Dortmund after Unitedsplashed £26.3million for the winger.
The Armenian told MUTV: " I am very excited – it’s a big opportunity for me to play for Manchester United, a new challenge for me. I will try to do my best.
"He [Mourinho] was one of reasons why I chose Manchester, but also the team because it’s one of the biggest clubs in the world.
"I couldn’t reject this offer and I’m very happy to be here.
"I think this year the team is going to be amazing and it will be a pleasure for me to play with these guys.
"Everyone knows it’s one of the biggest championships [the Premier League] in the world and I’m very happy to be part of it.
