Deadpose: South Africans start new trend on social media

In a strange trend, social media users, especially South Africans have taken up a new challenge called the dead pose challenge. With this weird challenge, users post on social media their pictures which depict them as dead people. They hashtag it #deadpose.

So far, it has been spreading and its generating interest on Twitter just like the mannequin challenge which was very popular late 2015 on Instagram. See the pictures below which are examples of the dead pose challenge:
