Professor Yemi Osinbajo has insisted that he is not under any pressure to resign.
This is coming amid rumour that the acting president was facing pressure from some cabal in government asking him to resign due to the president’s state of health.
Vanguard reports that Osinbajo held a closed door meeting with the national chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress, Chief John Oyegun, his Special Adviser on Political Matters, Sen. Babafemi and the Special Assistant to the President on Diaspora Matters, Hon. Abike Dabire at the Presidential Villa, Abuja on Monday; January 6.
Osinbajo spoke after the meeting insisting that he ran on the same ticket with President Buhari and therefore was not being pressurised to resign.
