– Rooney will reportedly move to China or MLS According to the latest rumours Manchester United star Wayne Rooney is reportedly set to leave his club.

The Daily Mirror reports that at the end of the season with clubs in the United States and China queuing up to sign the 30-year-old.

The Three Lions captain has been out of form for both club and country following his recent performances in the Premier League and against Malta where he was booed at Wembley Stadium after a miss-hit shot.

Rooney who will turn 31 this month has also come under fire form the fans at Old Trafford and Jose Mourinho has been forced to relegate United’s second all-time to goal scorer to the bench.

And the source claims that United are desperate to offload Rooney, who is earning £300,000 a week, and face the prospect of having to pay up the remainder of his deal.

According to the Daily Mirror, a move to the mega-rich Chinese Super League, is a strong possibility.
The newspaper recalls that the US would seem to be a more natural fit for family man Rooney as  MLS commissioner Don Garber has already admitted the forward would be a hit Stateside and coveted by many of his league’s clubs.
