Manchester United defender Chris Smalling is claimed to have been taken to hospital during a holiday in Bali.
The central defender traveled to Asia after England were dumped out of the European Championship by Iceland.
He has been handed time off by Jose Mourinho before joining the United squad for pre-season training at Carrington in the coming weeks.

Smalling often spends time in Bali and is currently on holiday after England's early exit from Euro 2016
Smalling, who often spends time relaxing in Bali with partner Sam Cooke, was reported to have injured himself while surfing on Monday.
United are investigating the claims after a picture emerged of what appeared to be their 26-year-old laid down in hospital.
He was seen to be penning an autograph on a replica Manchester United shirt while being seen to by doctors.
Smalling’s head was bandaged, as well as his neck and left hand, with claims he had been stung by a jellyfish.
The central defender started for the Three Lions in their 2-1 defeat to Iceland in the last-16

Mourinho is back at Carrington this week as United’s squad return to the club ahead of the new season, although many of those who participated in international competitions have been afforded leave.
Mourinho arrived in Manchester late on Sunday night as he bids to narrow the gap between themselves and their Premier League rivals. He is set to speak publicly for the first time as United boss on Tuesday.
