The 19-year-old has emerged as one of Brazil's top young talents over the past year, and he has netted seven goals in 11 Brasilerao appearances this season.
He is not the Palmeiras wonderkid’s only admirer though
Spanish outlet Sport claim Real Madrid are weighing up a move totalling £29m for the Brazil U23 international - £20m to Palmeiras, £5m to the player and £4m to his representatives.
However, the supposed bid remains £4.5m short of the Jesus' release fee and his agent, Cristian Simoes, said last month that Palmeiras would not sanction a deal unless that figure was met.
"15m euros is not enough for him," he told Brazilian sports news outlet Lancenet.
"Gabriel is playing brilliantly, he is scoring goals and he has a 40million euros release clause.
"Of course Palmeiras are not going to sell him for less than that."
Jesus is set to compete at Rio 2016 this summer, alongside Barcelona star Neymar, whom he has often been compared to.
