Sugar
A homemade sugar scrub can easily exfoliate your skin and lighten it as well. Mix equal parts of sugar and olive oil until you get a paste, then apply it on the affected areas every day until you get results.
Almond
Almonds and almond oil are great for you skin. They have skin nourishing properties which can even out your skin tone and keep it healthy – just rub the affected areas with some almond oil for 5 minutes before going to bed and you will notice the results after a couple of days.
You can also mix 1-2 tablespoons of almond powder with some yogurt and apply the paste on your elbows and knees. Let it dry before washing it off with cold water.
Natural remedies for dark underarms
Cucumber
Cucumbers have excellent skin lightening properties which can help your bleach the skin under your arms. You can mix cucumber and lemon juice to further improve the effect, and adding some lime and turmeric juice will completely whiten your skin. While the lemon eliminates dead skin cells, the cucumber provides a fine cooling effect and the turmeric eliminates any stains left behind.

Chickpea flour mask
The following home remedy will efficiently whiten your dark underarms:
Ingredients
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of chickpea flour
1 tablespoon of yogurt
A pinch of turmeric
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together and apply the paste on the affected area. Leave it to work for an hour, then rinse with water in the end. This amazing remedy will quickly whiten your dark underarms if you use it every day of the week for 2 weeks.
2 tablespoons of milk
1 tablespoon of curd
1 tablespoon of flour
Preparation
Mix the milk and curd to create a paste, then apply it on the affected areas and leave it to work for 15 minutes. Wash off with cold water in the end.
Lemon
Lemon has excellent skin lightening properties and is also rich in vitamin C that can remove dead cells and improve your skin tone. It will also stimulate production of new skin cells. Rub some lemon juice on your elbows and knees, then wash it off with warm water after 20 minutes to lighten the dark patches of skin on these areas. You can also apply a mix lemon and honey for the same effect.
