The Telegraph last night revealed Sanchez stormed out of the Emirates after being subbed during the 1-0 win over Norwich last weekend.
The Chile star snubbed Wenger and headed straight down the tunnel when he was hauled off with six minutes left before rushing out without acknowleding the Gunners boss.
It's now being reported Sanchez could quit the club when his contract runs out in 2018.
He is due to undergo contract tAlks in the summer but Arsenal may now face a battle to convince him to renew his deal.

Sanchez has struggled to find his best form this season and the storming out caps weeks of frustration.
Wenger has tried to play down the fact his star man reacted so badly by insisting he was showing his desire to play.
But the Telegraph say Wenger is less than impressed by the forward's antics and it led to a frosty week of training at London Colney.

Arsenal take on Manchester City tomorrow and despite the rocky relationship, Sanchez is expected to play.
Sanchez is no stranger to controversy during his time at the Emirates.
He questioned the team's desire earlier this season following back-to-back league defeats against Manchester United and Swansea.
