We all know sleeping without a bra is good as it helps your br3asts breathe but this does not mean that you have to go all day without wearing a bra because it has several side effects.
Below are some side effects of not wearing a bra.
Stretch marks: Going without wearing a bra for a long time can result in stretch marks
as bra gives the br3ast the much-needed support and also prevent any tissue damages.
Sagging: The ligaments and skin of the br3ast are delicate and repeated stretching them while performing any household chore or working out can pull the skin and the ligament and it can result in sagging of your br3asts.
