MMM Nigeria resumes services ,promises paybacks to the poor before the rich

Ponzi scheme ,MMM Nigeria is back on.They announced resumption of their services today .

They also promised payouts but noted they will pay the poor first and the rich will have to wait ...They have also warned users not to invest money critical for them ...e.g life savings.
