EDEN HAZARD has told Chelsea’s defenders to stop conceding - so the strikers can keep winning them games.

And Belguim international Hazard has bluntly told his team-mates to keep out Jose Mourinho’s side so Chelsea’s forwards can punish them at the other end.
“Like against Hull City, when you don’t concede goals you know it is easier to win games,”Hazard told the Chelsea website.
“When you are strong defensively you bring confidence to all the team, and it is more easy to score goals.”
