ANTONIO CONTE insists that he enjoys discussing his plans for Chelsea with owner Roman Abramovich.
Starsport exclusively reported last week that a furious Abramovich held meetings with club executives following the 2-1 defeat against Liverpool.
It's also understood Blues boss Conte is unhappy with his squad after failing to land his top targets during the summer transfer window.
Conte and Abramovich have held three working lunches this week as the Italian boss spelled out his plans to rebuild the squad.
Abramovich has a reputation for axing bosses who fail to meet his high demands and Conte believes it is important to keep in regular contact with his chief.

"Good communication is always important with all the people, to be clear on every aspect.
"It’s important to be clear with players, staff, the club and the owner."
Chelsea are looking to get their season back on track following defeats against Liverpool andArsenal.
Conte's side sit eighth in the Premier League table, eight points off early pacesetters Manchester City.
