Romelu Lukaku has spoken to his Everton teammates amid Chelsea interest

This summer is all about players making sensational returns to their former club.

Mario Gote, Alvaro Morata and Denis Suarez have done exactly that, while Paul Pogba is seemingly on the verge of re-signing for Manchester United.

And there could be another one returning to their old stamping ground in the form of Romelu Lukaku. The Belgian striker has been heavily linked with a move back to Stamford Bridge before the transfer window slams shuts.

The Daily Mail reported that Antonio Conte submitted a £68million bid for the Everton striker but his club are holding out for £75m.

But what does Lukaku think of a return to west London? Well, the samenewspaper state that he has told his teammates that he wants to leave the club this summer and believes he can be more successful at the Blues this time around.
