ARSENAL and Chelsea have both reportedly been priced out of a move for Real Madrid striker Alvaro Morata.

Alvaro Morata

Morata returned to the Bernabeu last month from a two-year spell at Juventus after the Spanish giants activated a clause in the striker’s contract.
But the 23-year-old was expected to be on the move again as regular first-team action was not assured with Karim Benzema currently the club’s No 1 striker.
Chelsea and Arsenal have both been interested in the striker and had been told by Madridthey would need to pay £50million to land the Spain international.
However Goal now claim both Chelsea and Arsenal will not enter further talks with the Spanish giants over a move for the striker.

The report claims the Premier League duo have been priced out of a move for the Spaniard.
Arsenal are on the lookout for a new striker this summer and Arsene Wenger has already failed in a move to bring Jamie Vardy to the club
While Chelsea are looking for attacking reinforcements to fit Antonio Conte's favoured system, and have already completed a deal for Michy Batshuayi.
Morata scored 27 goals in 93 appearances for Juventus, winning two Serie A titles and reaching the Champions League final.
