Zlatan Ibrahimovic Heading For Manchester United, Chance To Learn Coaching From Jose Mourinho

Zlatan Ibrahimovic is heading to Manchester United, it has been claimed.

The former Ajax man is leaving Paris Saint-Germain this summer when his contract expires and his future has been the source of much speculation.

Now Ibrahimovic has been tipped to be linking up with Jose Mourinho at Manchester United, following the Red Devils' decision to sack Louis van Gaal as manager.

Indeed, according to Dutch daily De Telegraaf, Ibrahimovic has shunned more lucrative offers to join Manchester United and finish his career at Old Trafford.

The 34-year-old wants to move into management and is to take a role as assistant coach to Mourinho, though it is unclear whether this will happen immediately, as he learns the trade from one of the best in the business.

Ibrahimovic has fielded offers from the United States, the Middle East and the China, but the temptation of heading to Old Trafford and continuing his career at the highest level looks to have been too good to refuse.

The Swede played under Mourinho at Inter in the 2008/09 campaign before joining Barcelona.
