Real Madrid will suffer against Atletico - Miera
The former Spain coach and 1966 European Cup winner hopes Los Blancos can claim the Champions League crown but believes Diego Simeone's side boast Europe's finest defence

Ex-Real Madrid defender Vicente Miera says his former club will suffer against Atletico Madrid in the Champions League final on Saturday.
Miera, a European Cup winner with Madrid in 1966 and coach of the Spanish team that won gold at the Olympic Games in 1992, hopes Real can claim the trophy for the 11th time at the weekend but believes it will be tough to break through Atletico's impressive back line.
"It will be very difficult for the two teams because they know each other so well," the 76-year-old told Goal.
"Atletico are a team that are very difficult to score against because defensively, they are practically the best in Europe. Real Madrid have a lot of firepower, but it will be a game with a lot of anxiety and uncertainty in which Madrid will suffer.

"I hope they can win it, but it will difficult because Atletico are a great team."
Miera says he is impressed by the work carried out by both Zinedine Zidane and Diego Simeone at their respective clubs.
"As coaches they are doing really well," he said. "They are there, aspiring to win the title, they are just one game away and that says a lot about them. But the thing is that only one can win it.
"Let's see what happens in the final, but they are two coaches with a great deal of knowledge, a lot of personality, and they are doing fantastically."
Miera, like Madrid's six-time European Cup winner Paco Gento, joined Real from Racing Santander, spending eight years at the Santiago Bernabeu and participating in many derby duels against Atletico.
"Those matches have always been intense," he said. "The effect of winning them is always good because if you lose, the fans are knocking on your front door!
"They are great games, very special games, and I think we are going to see great football. Two teams with their own styles and way of seeing football. We will enjoy it, I'm sure."
