A middle school teacher in east China has sparked a debate online after asking students to wear newspaper “hat” to prevent them from cheating in the exam. The teacher from a middle school in east China’s Anhui province said “why haven’t I thought of this measures before” in the caption of these photos showing students at an exam.
Many Chinese citizens have found this teacher’s conduct out of bounds.
