Roberto Firmino celebrates his 25th birthday in style alongside Liverpool team-mate Philippe Coutinho... as the Reds duo prepare for Brazil duty

Liverpool forward Roberto Firmino celebrated his birthday in style on Sunday by attending a concert with Reds team-mate Philippe Coutinho. 

The Brazilian duo, who have both been in sensational form at the start of the new season, took to social media to post pictures from a night out together back in their home country.

Coutinho took to Instagram to wish his team-mate a happy 25th birthday alongside the caption: 'Happy birthday, pray that god blesses you always'.

Firmino also posted an image of himself and his wife Larissa Pereira alongside friends.

Both Firmino and Coutinho have returned to Brazil this week for international duty.

While Coutinho is normally a regular inclusion in the Brazilian squad, Firmino has earned a recall to the national side after impressing for Liverpool at the start of the new Premier League campaign.

Firmino will be aiming to make an impact for his country in the two upcoming 2018 World Cup qualifiers against Bolivia and Venezuela.

Jurgen Klopp, meanwhile, will be hoping for both his players to come through the international break unscathed as he prepares to face rivals Manchester United in the league on October 17. 

Liverpool have made a strong start to the season and are just two points behind league leaders Manchester City, having already recorded impressive wins over Arsenal, Chelsea and Leicester.
